2. BPO / Customer Care Executive

  • Voice and non-voice communication

  • Handling customer queries via phone/email/chat

  • Call handling etiquette and CRM software basics

  • Stress and time management

3. IT Support Assistant (Basic Level)

  • Operating systems and basic troubleshooting

  • Email configuration, printing, and file management

  • Internet safety and cyber hygiene

  • Hardware identification and usage
