Who Are We

Society for Training & Employment Promotion (STEP) is a skill development organization

Established in 2015, STEP is certified organization committed to uplifting underserved communities through skill-based training and employment initiatives. With MOUs from both central and state government bodies, STEP has successfully trained and placed over 10,000 youth across diverse sectors such as Tourism & Hospitality, Retail, BFSI, IT-ITeS, Logistics, Health Care, and Beauty & Wellness. We strive to transform lives by empowering individuals with industry-ready skills and sustainable livelihood opportunities.
