Society for Training & Employment Promotion (STEP)

Society for Training & Employment PromoƟon (STEP) is a skill development organizaƟon established in 2015 (312/2015) and registered under Trust. We aim to bridge the gap between unemployment and opportunity through skill training aligned with real world industry needs. 

With MOUs from government departments like Ministry of Tourism, Ministry of Minority Affairs, and various State Skill Development Missions, STEP has trained over 10,000 youth and secured placements for 75%+ of them in reputed organizations like D-Mart, TAJ Hotels, McDonald's, KFC, Paradise, Kamineni Hospitals, and more.

To strengthen marginalized sections of society by offering skill training that leads to employment and financial independence.
